In a video posted to the app on July 9th, a mother named mombarrassed5 revealed: “I told my children that when they lie, there will be a sign on their forehead that only adults can see. Stars.

Her explanation of the genius solution was in response to a video produced by the creator of TikTok, Kat_Morgan, in which the video asked the audience: “What is the most useful lie you have told your children?”

In a follow-up video response to this comment, mombarrassed5 explained: “Stars are a tool that can help your children recognize when they are lying and why they need to come forward and admit their lies.
“Use this celebrity trick when your kids are young, so you can know when they are lying, and you can help them overcome the lie.
“Don’t use this trick to create fear on your children. If you use this trick in the right way, you will build trust because they know they can tell you the truth, and when they do, they won’t be because of them. The truth.”
