“I was 17 years old,” the 5-year-old woman named Jane Doe told jurors in the Brooklyn Federal Court, according to reports New York Post.
Allegedly, Doe, now 23, received Kelly’s phone number from his colleague and was told: “Don’t tell anyone.” She was allegedly forced to strip off her underwear and was tricked into disguised by Kelly. Perform oral sex on him at the audition meeting.
“I will take care of you for the rest of my life,” Kelly allegedly told Doe. Allegedly, she was promised to become a star in exchange for sex, but then she contracted herpes from him.
“Every time we have sex, my lower abdomen and pelvis feel discomfort. It gets to the point where I can’t even walk,” Doe said.
Kelly allegedly joked about sexually transmitted diseases, “Everyone has it, it’s no big deal.” He also allegedly said, “I think your p — y is broken,” according to Doe.
“I was destroyed. This person deliberately gave me what he knew he had. He could have controlled it,” Doe testified.
Kelly allegedly controlled Doe’s life for many years, forced her to have an abortion in 2017, and asked her to record a video falsely accusing her mother of abuse.
In addition, Kelly allegedly defeated Doe with his 12-size Nike Air Force 1 shoes after admitting that she had told her friends about their relationship at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta.
“Are you ready to be honest?” According to the New York Daily News, Kelly asked when he punched and kicked the victim, who was one foot shorter than the 6-foot singer.
She told the court that Doe used the singer’s dime to go to the country to participate in Kelly’s performances during his stay with Kelly. According to reports, she hopes this will start her own singing career, but Kelly is more focused on sex.
Doe is expected to continue her testimony on Tuesday.
According to the New York Post, Kelly faces 9 counts of racketeering and prosecutors accused him of sexually abusing girls and women, and recruiting accomplices to recruit victims. He also faces charges under the Mann Act, a law enacted in 1910 that prohibits the transportation of “any woman or girl” to state borders for “immoral behavior.”
Kelly faces similar charges in Illinois and Minnesota. Prosecutors accused Kelly of raising a group of underage girls, who molested these girls in his Chicago mansion and other places.
Kelly, who has been held in the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center since July 2019, has denied these allegations.
