Trump rudely mocked Mitch McConnell on the bipartisan infrastructure bill

On Tuesday, former President Donald Trump lashed out at Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell for voting for President Joe Biden’s $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill.

“Why the old crow Mitch McConnell voted for a bad Democratic socialist infrastructure plan and tempted other people in his party to do the same, but he could not get a great idea proposed by me and the Republican Party? Infrastructure plan?” Trump asked in his statement Added that while Republicans still control the White House, McConnell should help obtain the former president’s own infrastructure bill.

Trump said: “All infrastructure funds, 2 trillion U.S. dollars, will be invested in real infrastructure construction.”
