Former New Jersey Republican Governor Chris Christie Avoid saying whether he will come back Donald Trump If the former president runs for the White House again in 2024.
When asked CNN host Dana Bash In a recent interview, if Christie declined to say that he would support another potential Trump entry into the White House.
“Oh, look, I don’t know if he can run, I don’t know if I can run,” the former leader of the Garden State replied.
“It’s not a big secret that he thought about it seriously,” Bash said, referring to the former president.
“He is seriously considering, let us see what happens when he does this, let us see who he is, what he said and how he behaved,” Christie said.
“After you describe what he did, is it still possible for you to vote for him?” Bash asked.
“What I want to say to you is that I will not sit here in 2021 to prejudge all this. I voted for him in 16 and 20. On election night in 20 years, I said what he was doing was absolutely terrifying And mistakes, and continue to do so,” Christie replied.
The former governor of New Jersey also said: “You can draw any conclusion you want from it, but in the end, in 2021, the idea of making a prediction for 2024 is stupid.”
When Christie made the above remarks, he and the former president have criticized each other in recent days. At the Republican Jewish League meeting in Las Vegas last weekend, Christie said that Republicans must get rid of claims of fraud in the 2020 election.

In the interview this New York Times Saturday release, Christie said of the former commander-in-chief: “If he [Trump] To become a positive force in the future, he must give up other things. If he doesn’t do this, I don’t think he can do that.”
