For Raiser’s Edge NXT and Campaign Monitor customers, this is what you can expect.
All your supporter activities in one place. It’s important to see all the supporters’ activities (including marketing activities) in one place, and this integration can help you do that. Campaign Monitor will send subscriber email participation activities directly to Raiser’s Edge NXT without you having to take any action.
Better control of your marketing activities. The data shared between platforms will provide users with the detailed information needed to accurately segment their audience and include relevant and compelling content in email marketing campaigns.
Better unsubscribe management. If a subscriber unsubscribes from your marketing campaign, this information will be automatically updated in Raiser’s Edge NXT, so there is no need to manually update the unsubscribed supporter.
Add new subscribers to RE NXT. New subscribers of Campaign Monitor can be synchronized to RE NXT as new members. You can control the subscribers you transfer by setting up a separate list in Campaign Monitor.
You will also get basic deduplication to ensure that these subscribers do not yet exist.
