Ingredients for Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers

- mini bell peppers – I choose various packs that contain different colors (red, orange and yellow), but any color will do. You can even replace these with jalapeños if you like it hot.

- Meal Prep: You can easily prepare meals these days and it’s perfect for bento box lunches. However, if you like your peppers extra crispy, you can cut the peppers ahead of time but add the filling just before serving.
- freeze: Not recommended for cold brew mini peppers, but you can freeze the cooked variety for 2-3 months. Raw won’t work because the freezing process destroys the texture.
