How to Make Coconut Milk Ice Cream

- mix. Combine all ingredients in one blender Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the container as needed.
Tip: A blender makes smoother dairy-free ice cream.
The liquid may clump together if stirred.
- transfer. Pour the ice cream mixture into a freezer airtight container, or bread pan. (This recipe makes a big batch of 12, so if you don’t want as much, you can cut it in half and use a smaller pan.
- freeze. Place in refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours (overnight if possible).

- strawberry – Substitute 1/2 cup of coconut milk with 1 cup of strawberries or any other berry of your choice.
