Time to come up with more meal planning ideas. I’m really looking forward to this week’s meal plan. We have 3 Gousto recipes a week in addition to what I cook for the rest of the week.
We always get clean plates after eating at Gousto, dinner is always full of flavour and there is always a great selection of things the kids will love too! This is a bonus in itself as my oldest son can be a picky eater!
So, here’s the meal plan for this week.

on Monday
Greek Cheese and Pomegranate Sweet Potatoes. (Gusto cookbook).
Tuesday
Chicken burgers and salad rolls. These are simple but delicious. It’s just plain breaded chicken burgers, sliced and wrapped in lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and a little mayo.
Wednesday
Sweet and sour meatballs with green pea rice. (Gusto cookbook).

Thursday
Cheesy Broccoli Roast. I try to make at least a few meatless meals during the week and this one sounds simple but tastes amazing!
Friday
Mild cheese curry.
Saturday
Plant-based burgers with sticky onions. (Gusto cookbook). Our other meatless meal.
Sunday
Slow Cooker Chili Sauce. I like to use the slow cooker because I can keep working while making dinner.
