Turn up the holiday tunes and pour yourself a glass Peppermint Hot Chocolate or Delicious Vanilla Eggnog!
I’ve been experimenting with my chocolate and vanilla Protein powder adds a little zing to these traditional holiday drinks, and I can’t wait to hear your thoughts!
See, one of my tricks is to always focus on getting enough protein.Even if you eat more than usual over the holidays, protein can help stabilize your blood sugar, leaving you feeling fuller and more satisfied (so you can enjoy Some biscuits, not all biscuits) and has the added benefit of supporting your musculature even if you don’t exercise as much this time of year (1).
These fun recipes will fill you with holiday cheer and are an easy way to sneak in extra protein. Remember, the amino acids in the protein we eat (or drink) don’t just support your muscle tissue – it also supports your brain function, hormone and enzyme function, and your immune system – which is what I really do around the holidays concerned.

notes: If you are using a protein powder other than mine, I cannot vouch for how these recipes will work as I have not tested them. Keep in mind that since my organic protein powder is free of binders, emulsifiers and fillers, in drinks like this, if you take your time, stir it in from time to time as the powder will degrade slightly over time. Precipitation despite.
