How to Cook Morels Without Fire
This dessert is a snap to make in just 5 minutes, so you can have a classic s’more anytime!
- To prepare the graham crackers and marshmallows: Cut each marshmallow in half, then cut each graham cracker in half. Place the marshmallow halves, sticky side down, on each graham cracker half.
- Air fryer: Place the graham crackers topped with marshmallows in the air fryer and cook at 390ºF for 3 minutes.
- Add chocolate and serve: Add the chocolate to the marshmallows. Optionally, fry for another 20 seconds. Otherwise, top with another graham cracker half and enjoy!

Do I need to break the marshmallows in half?
Yes! Cut the marshmallows in half, and you can press the sticky “cut” side down onto the graham crackers before air frying.
This is necessary because graham crackers are light and they will move around as they cook. If the marshmallows are not sticky enough, they will fall off the cookie and make a mess.
Do I need parchment when making S’mores?
Not necessarily, but you absolutely can.
Lining the air fryer basket with parchment paper or foil is a great way to keep cleaning super easy. Feel free to use any of these if you like!
