Chocolate Protein Mousse

You will need: Food processor (a blender will also work), measuring cups and spoons

- 1 medium ripe avocado
- 2 servings (68 g) I

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 T maple syrup, or to taste
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
