You don’t want to pass me on a day when I don’t have breakfast! That’s why I’m always on the lookout for the easiest, healthiest breakfast ideas.

As I mentioned before, breakfast fuels you for the day. And if that fuel is low or not much, your day will suffer. So, a healthy breakfast, whether it’s rich in fruits, vegetables, protein, or all of the above, is the best way to start your day.
