2 out of 17 Disneyland employees were charged

Seventeen people, including two Disneyland employees, have been charged after being charged in an undercover child sex trade in Florida.

According to reports, law enforcement officials said on Wednesday that between July 27 and August 1, undercover police impersonated 13- and 14-year-old children on social media and online dating apps as part of a “child protection operation.” New York Post.

Before agreeing to meet at a secret location in Polk County at different times, the police officer interacted with each suspect, thinking they were talking to the children.

“You have to know who your kids are talking to and who they are communicating with,” Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said at a news conference, detailing the Stinging Operation.

Judd pointed to the defendant’s photo and added: “What you see on this board… is anomalous behavior. Incredibly anomalous behavior.” “They set off from Clewiston, Florida. One of them. Even from Los Angeles. To their chagrin, they did not meet with their young children, but instead met undercover law enforcement officers who pretended to be children online.”

The detainees are between 26 and 47 years old, and almost all of them have been to some places to meet with their children. Arrest led to 49 Felony And two misdemeanor charges.

According to Judd, of the 17 arrested, one claimed that he was a lifeguard at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Hotel. Kenneth Javier Aquino, 26, told the police that he was a Navy veteran and had a pregnant girlfriend. The police said that Aquino interacted with an undercover police officer who he believed was a 13-year-old girl and sent her a sexually explicit video about him.

Another couple acted as custodians at Walt Disney World Hollywood Studios. A police officer posing as a 13-year-old girl also contacted 34-year-old Jonathan McGrew and 29-year-old Savannah Lawrence. Authorities said McGrew sent “that girl” explicit videos of him and Lawrence having sex with each other.

However, Lawrence reportedly told officials that McGrew was the initiator and did not reveal the girl’s age to her until they got on Uber. Lawrence has been released on bail.

Meanwhile, Walt Disney World told NBC News McGrew and Lawrence have been arranged for unpaid leave, waiting for the outcome of the case. However, the company said that Aquino does not apply to Walt Disney World. It did not provide more details.
