While he wakes up, Mrs. Maguire will be filmed during the live broadcast of Brave The Shave Macmillan Cancer support.
She said that she thought of this idea after seeing an advertisement on TV.
She told the PA News Agency: “I asked Mick how he would feel if I shaved his head for Macmillan. He said:’I can put on makeup’.
“Then I asked him how it would feel if I did this behind him, and he said,’I think that would be great’.”
Mr. Maguire said his experience of planning a funeral was “very strange”, but he wanted to make sure that his friends and family had something to celebrate.
He said: “On God’s green earth, my funeral will not become a pathological experience.
“This will be a party, there are no two ways.
“I left a will. At the end of the service, I hope everyone will stand up and applaud and dance.”

The money raised from Mrs. Maguire’s shaved head will be donated to the Macmillan Cancer Support Center, which helped her husband, and the Queenscot Hospice Center in Southport.
Her hair will be donated to the Little Princess Trust Fund, which makes wigs for children and young people who have lost their wigs.
