Arizona Senator Michelle Uganti-Rita was booed off at a rally attended by the former president Donald Trump.
On Saturday, Republican Ugenti-Rita (Ugenti-Rita) took the stage at the “Protect Our Elections” rally organized by the Turning Point Action in Phoenix, and was immediately met with resounding Boo.

She tweeted: “I will take my record of fighting for election integrity against anyone.” “What I will not do is vote for the’show’ legislation. Introduced for self-service reasons. There are too many stakes.”

She also explained why she no longer supports the months-long audit of the 2020 elections in Maricopa County, Arizona.
“I will not support bills that fail to strengthen our electoral system. The same is true for audits. I support audits, but I no longer support Trump’s audits,” she added.
“I want to review our election procedures to see what can be improved. Sadly, it is now clear that the audit has failed.”
Ugenti-Rita’s campaign team has been contacted for comments.
Later in the evening, Trump appeared on stage, where he repeated baseless conspiracy theories about the 2020 election and sparked booing of his former vice president. Mike Pence, Rear Attacking him did not prevent President Joe Biden from winning.
Trump also praised the Arizona audit and called on other states to start similar efforts.
