Mrs. Foster joined the network as a contributor. This is her first role after stepping down as Chief Minister of Northern Ireland.
GB News is positioned as a competitor to current affairs products such as BBC and Sky, led by a veteran broadcaster Andrew Neal.
Mrs. Foster appeared as a writer for a political corrections show, hosted by a former Ukip leader Nigel Farage.
Mrs. Foster said that she joined the station to bring Northern Ireland into the mainstream of British politics.
“It’s really exciting to have so many people here this morning,” she added.
When asked why she participated in the show, she said: “There are two real reasons-first, I think this is an opportunity for civilized discussions in a meaningful way.
“Many times, political programs are very short and lively, and there are not enough opportunities to develop the story.
“The second reason is to bring Northern Ireland into the mainstream of the UK politics. This is something that I feel very passionate about, something that I thought of as a student a long time ago.
“This is an opportunity for GB News, and I really look forward to it.”
Mrs. Foster participated in discussions on related topics, including Blakes, Vaccine passport, Northern Ireland agreement and social media abuse.
