A male passenger on a Border Airlines flight was arrested on Saturday after grabbing the chest of two flight attendants and beating another flight attendant. According to the police report.
Maxwell Berry, 22, was from Norwalk, Ohio, and was flying from Philadelphia to Miami. According to Miami-Dade police, he reportedly drank two glasses of wine on the plane and improperly brushed the empty glass on the back of a flight attendant.
Berry was arrested at Miami International Airport and charged with three misdemeanors. He was released on bail of $1,500.

Then someone saw Berry hugging them and groping for the breasts of the two flight attendants. The flight attendants then called for help, and there was a “fight”. According to reports, Berry assaulted an intervening male flight attendant.
The flight attendants who were called to help and nearby passengers held Berry to restrain him during the next flight. The report stated that they subsequently “had to tie him to the seat and fasten him with a seat belt extender.”
According to Frontier, the flight attendants were given paid leave while the case was under investigation.
