RS.C. Rep. Ralph Norman (Ralph Norman) sued Nancy Pelosi after he was fined for violating House mask regulations in May and tested positive for COVID-19.
Norman recently revealed on Twitter that he is Symptoms of COVID-19.
Norman wrote: “After experiencing mild symptoms this morning, I took a covid-19 test and just learned that the test result was positive.”
“Thank God, I have been fully vaccinated and my symptoms are still very mild. For the next ten (10) days, I will do everything possible to continue my work during the quarantine period.”
Dr. Anthony Fauci previously revealed that he accepts Coronavirus disease Vaccines can reduce the intensity of individual symptoms.
“If you are indeed infected, the likelihood of serious consequences for your infection is very low,” he said on the “Face the Nation” program of CBS News.
“It is more likely that you either have no symptoms or only mild symptoms. So the vaccine is doing what you want it to do. This is protecting people from getting sick.”
Norman’s positive diagnosis of COVID-19 came a week after he joined Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene and Thomas Massie in an anti-mask demand lawsuit.
Last month, after Green and Marcy were fined $500 for not wearing masks to protest the House’s request to wear masks, they filed a lawsuit against Pelosi and two House managers.
After receiving the same fine, Norman joined the Republican lawsuit claiming that the fine was unconstitutional.
Norman, Greene, and Massie claimed that the fine violated the 27th Amendment, which prohibits any law that can reduce or increase congressional wages before the election of the House of Representatives.
Congressional Attending Physician’s Office Reinstate the authorization to wear masks Due to concerns about the more spreadable Delta variant, both vaccinated and unvaccinated members of the House of Representatives can use it. However, this requirement does not apply to members of the Senate.
