The National Happiness Day celebrated in the United States every August 8 encourages people to be happy all day long.
In 1999, Admit You’re Happy Day was created by the Secret Society of Happy People, which eventually became Happy day. It was created to celebrate the expression of happiness and recognize their happy moments.
