On Monday, Prince Andrew of the United Kingdom was indicted in a New York court for a woman who was “loaned out” by the late American financier Jeffrey Epstein for underage sex.
The document submitted to the U.S. District Court in Manhattan stated that Virginia Giuffre was the plaintiff and the defendant was named “Prince Andrew, Duke of York.”
Giuffre stated in the document that she was “often abused by Epstein and lent to other powerful men by Epstein for sexual purposes.
“A man so powerful… is the defendant, Prince Andrew.”
According to the complaint, Giuffre stated that Andrew sexually abused socialite Ghislaine Maxwell at her London home more than 20 years ago when she was under 18 years old.
“Epstein, Maxwell and Prince Andrew forced (the) plaintiff, a child, to have sex with Prince Andrew against her wishes,” it said.
Andrew, 61, strongly denies the claim that he had sex with Jufrey and said that he does not remember seeing her, but these accusations may harm the British royal family.

Giuffre also claimed that Andrew had abused her at Epstein’s New York mansion and Epstein on the private island of St. James in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Giuffre, 38, is suing Andrew under the Child Victims Act because she was 17 at the time.
Epstein is a multi-million dollar hedge fund manager who has become friends with celebrities including former President Bill Clinton and Bill Gates.
In 2019, he committed suicide in prison while awaiting trial on charges of underage sex trafficking.
The court documents included a picture of Andrew and Jove allegedly showing Andrew and Jove at Maxwell’s London home before the one-time abuse.
Maxwell pleaded not guilty to the charge of recruiting underage girls for Epstein in court in April.
She allegedly made friends with the girls through shopping and movie theater outings, and later coaxed them to give Epstein a nude massage during which he would have sex.
Giuffre, who had previously made allegations in a television interview, is suing Andrew, demanding “exemplary and punitive damages.”
“I ask Prince Andrew to be responsible for what he did to me. The powerful and the rich are not exempt from being responsible for their actions,” she said in a media statement.
“I did not make this decision lightly. As a mother and wife, my family is first. I know that this action will expose me to further attacks by Prince Andrew and his agents.”
In March, Prince Harry and his wife Megan filed accusations of racial discrimination and bullying by the British royal family in a TV interview, which shocked the British monarchy.
