Slimming World-Friendly Barbecued Pork Noodle


I haven’t shared weight-loss world-friendly recipes for a while, so I thought I would try this delicious oriental dish. Full of the taste of takeaway without guilt!If you want to view more recipes, then you can go to our Slimming World Friendly Page Some inspiration.

30 grams of ginger, peeled and chopped.

5 garlic cloves

4 tablespoons dark soy sauce

1 teaspoon five-spice powder

Low-calorie cooking spray

400 grams of lean pork tenderloin, with all visible fat removed. Cut into thin slices.

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 chicken stock cube

2 teaspoons paprika

1/2 tbsp rice vinegar

250g dried egg noodles

600g mixed stir-fry

method

1 Put the ginger and garlic in a food processor and stir until smooth. Put one third of the paste into a large bowl. Add five spices and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and mix well.
Add pork, stir well and marinate for 10 minutes.

2 When marinating pork, spray low-calorie cooking spray on a non-stick pan and heat it over medium heat.
Add the remaining ginger and garlic paste and fry for 30 seconds. Add the stock cubes, chili powder, tomato puree and 300 ml of boiling water, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add vinegar and remaining soy sauce and bring to a boil.

3 Cook the noodles and drain the water.

4 Spray a non-stick pan/large frying pan with low-heat cooking spray, and then place it on high heat.
Add pork and fry for 4-5 minutes or until fully cooked. Transfer to a plate when finished.

5 Spray the low-calorie spray again, add vegetables and a little water, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

6 Put the pork back into the pot, add the noodles, sauce and a little water, and simmer.
Finally, enjoy it!
