According to local media reports, people grabbed C-17 jets that took off from Kabul Airport and tried to escape from the Taliban in Afghanistan, but they fell and died.
Posted video Afghan news agency Asvaka’s Twitter It seems to show a person falling from the plane when taking off from the airport.
Other photos-due to the nature of the image, not released by Insider-depict the bodies of people who reportedly fell on the roofs of buildings in the Afghan capital from the plane they were trying to smuggle.
“Locals near Kabul Airport claimed that three young men clinging to the tires of the plane fell on people’s houses. One of the locals confirmed this and said that the fall of these people sent out a huge and terrifying Voice,” the agency wrote on Twitter.
Other footage, apparently taken on the runway of Kabul Airport, showed people trying to catch a jet plane taxiing on the runway.

The Afghan news channel TOLO also posted on Twitter footage of a large number of people running side by side on the runway as the plane tried to take off.

These incidents took place in a desperate and horrible scene at Kabul Airport as hordes of people tried to flee the country Rushed to the runway to try to board the plane.
As security at the airport was overwhelmed, U.S. troops evacuating American citizens fired warning shots on Monday.
Witnesses told Reuters, The crowd tried to forcibly enter the plane preparing to take off, killing five people. It is unclear whether these people were shot or trampled.
Earlier Monday, as the Afghan government collapsed and the Taliban returned to power, all international commercial flights at the airport were cancelled.
Some countries, including Britain and Germany, are continuing to evacuate their citizens and Afghans who have granted asylum.
