I like Slimming World’s friendly meals.Whenever we go according to plan, I can always find a lot of Great recipe Our whole family can enjoy it. However, one of the best things about this diet plan is that you can eat snacks! Obviously, it’s best to reach for a piece of fruit between meals, but what about when that intense craving is for something delicious? This is where this wonderful cheese and onion scones recipe comes in. If you use cheese as a healthy extra food, it is a good snack, and its syns content is very low, otherwise each 2 syns or 4 syns. It is very suitable for storage in the refrigerator for up to three days, in case the apple cannot be cut.
You can even make larger batches and freeze them for up to 3 months.

raw material
x2 x 80g package instant mash
x1 onion
x4 eggs
75 grams grated low-fat cheddar cheese
400 g fat-free cheese
Cooking spray (Fry Light, clover spray, etc.)
method
Preheat the oven to 200ºC
Chop the onions and fry them in a frying pan over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Combine all ingredients and onions in a large mixing bowl
With your hands, put a small amount of things on your hands, and then roll into a ball a little bigger than a golf ball.
Repeat the above steps until you have used up all the mixture and you should get 12 scones of the right size
Put them on the baking tray and flatten them like scones
Cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown
Cool and enjoy. It can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.

- 75 G Reduced fat mature cheddar cheese Grated
- 400 G Non-fat cheese
- 1 Low-fat cooking spray
