aul “Pen” Farthing apologized after his swear words were leaked because he fled the chaos that was happening in Kabul.
On Saturday, the former Royal Marine evacuated from Afghanistan with 94 dogs and 74 cats and returned to the UK.
Now the animal lover says that he is “embarrassed” by the language he uses, but he thinks that his mood has become better when he is at the lowest point.
On Monday, he said to ITV’s Good Morning UK program: “I am very embarrassed by my language and I apologize to everyone who heard this.
“I am at the lowest point I may be. I understand how the world works, but emotions make me better, so for everyone who has to listen, I apologize for my language.
“I shouldn’t say that, but emotionally, yes, I’m just very frustrated, angry, frustrated, that’s the lowest point. I have no choice, I don’t know what else to do.
“So that’s why you may have heard of some colorful languages.”
Mr. Faxin said in the recording: “Let me take my staff and my animals out of Afghanistan. I have served in the Royal Navy Commando for 22 years. I will not take this from someone like you who stops me. asshole.
He added: “I just found out that you prevented me from taking the flight from Afghanistan for my staff and animals. So this is a trading partner. You can either give me that damn Isaf number, and then you allow me to enter that damn airport , Or tomorrow morning I will open you and the whole fucking country, and everyone who invested in this rescue, will know that it was you, you, that prevented this damn move. Okay?
“I will let my employees leave here, I will let many other people leave here on this flight, and then dogs and cats will enter the cargo hold. No one can sit in the cargo hold, only animals.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Mr. Faxin said that when his evacuation flight took off, there were “a few empty seats” and he was the only person on the plane.
He added: “I walked around and they assured me that they have enough capacity to accommodate all those who need to leave.
“I may be the last person to enter that airport — it is closed. The Americans, the British, have obviously stopped taking people in because they have to stop taking people at some point.
“So they assured me that they have enough capacity to accommodate everyone in the airport.”
