4 ways to enhance digital patient access


In November 2020, Experian Health conducted a survey to understand the attitudes of consumers and providers towards patient visits. At the height of the pandemic, patients welcomed telemedicine services and kept their distance from the waiting room of the hospital. Vendors are scrambling to implement and provide digital services to help them provide quality care to patients.
