The police are investigating two people were shot and killed in the International District of Chinatown during Halloween.
At 4:55 pm, someone called 911, claiming that a man was shot and killed in the 1200 block of South Jackson Street. The police found two men shot in the leg.
The officials used tourniquets and then transferred care to medical staff at the Seattle Fire Department when they arrived. The medical staff sent the approximately 35-year-old man and a 40-year-old man to the Harborview Medical Center for treatment. The two are in stable condition.
Witnesses provided different descriptions of suspects, and the police searched the area, but did not find anyone matching these descriptions.
