Welcome to Betty Rock ShowA place that nourishes your mind, loves your body and shakes your life.
Today, I am talking to Dr. Jill Carnahan, a functional medicine practitioner, who has been treating me with mold exposure and the subsequent chain symptoms-including weight gain, low energy, hormonal disorders, etc.
Mold destroys our body’s natural detoxification pathways and puts a greater burden on our overall immunity. We discussed my personal experience, symptoms, the tests she performed, my specific treatment plan, and an overview of what she saw in practice.
Many people ask me how I discovered that I was infected, what my symptoms were, and what treatments I did. I would like to ask my own doctor to help explain the whole topic in detail. You will hear all the information about my journey and get some important information to use or pass on.
From her website“Since I was a child, I have been keen to find answers to complex problems. I grew up on a farm and witnessed the resilience of life in the face of difficulties.
I decided to become a doctor because I firmly believe that the human body has the ability to heal and overcome even the most terrible situations-if the right tools are available. “
