Drink two cups of bone broth every day, what will you experience
Bone broth is a magical energy food. I started using it with my patients many years ago and found that two cups a day, or 14 cups a week, worked very well.
Initially, I asked my patients to use bone broth instead of sugary snacks or their high-sugar, caffeinated afternoon refreshing drinks. This is the source of my advice to drink two glasses a day.
Bone soup is low in carbohydrates, low in calories, and high in protein.By adding it to your daily diet—especially in place of sugary snacks or beverages—and follow my Bone Broth Lifestyle Guideline, you will experience less cravings and breakdowns, and increase energy levels. Most of my patients also experienced weight loss, reduced bloating, and improvements in hair, skin, and nails.
bonus: Once you reduce those breakdowns and cravings, it becomes easier to eat healthier foods and is what your body really craves.

When I started using the bone broth lifestyle, most of my patients’ health conditions improved quickly and wanted to know how to take it to a new level.At this point, I suggest they Try to combine intermittent fastingIntermittent fasting, IF, is no food for a limited time. The most common intermittent fasting plan is to fast for 16 to 17 hours a day, and only eat for a period of 7 to 8 hours. (This is usually called 17:7 or 16:8.)
Another common schedule is to fast for 24 to 36 hours twice a week, and eat as usual for the other five days. (Called 5:2.)
For many of my patients, the idea of not eating for 16 to 36 hours seems impossible, and I understand their concerns.So again, I turn to Bone broth It is recommended that they drink it during fasting to help them get used to not eating solid foods at those times. The wonderful thing is that most patients lose and gain weight during fasting, even when eating bone broth!
How to integrate intermittent fasting into your lifestyle
If you are considering incorporating intermittent fasting into your lifestyle, it is as simple as choosing a fasting schedule that allows you to skip food for a certain amount of time each day or week.
But it’s important to know that while intermittent fasting is usually effective, regardless of the quality of your diet, it works best when you follow a healthy, low-carb diet plan during your diet window.

After choosing a plan, be mentally prepared to change your lifestyle forever.
This is something you may not want to hear, but when you reach your target weight, you should not stop the path to healthier.
If you follow one of my plans to lose weight, feel and look better, but return to the lifestyle that made you unhealthy, you will return to where you started. I know you don’t want that.
The easiest way to maintain victory after following one of my plans is to follow Bone Broth Lifestyle, But will include “unplanned” meals 20% of the time. This is called the 80/20 principle.
80/20 look
For 80% of the meals, you will stick to the bone broth lifestyle template for meals, while for the other 20% of the meals, you will start to splurge. As long as you maintain a reasonable weight, there is no limit during your “unplanned” 20% period.
It is easiest to check 80/20 every week. So this means that if you eat three meals a week, 20% of them (four meals) may be your profligate or indulgent meals.
One last thing…
The power of my plan is due to healthy low- and low-sugar foods, bone broth, and intermittent fasting. These are the principles you will wish to maintain forever as part of your new healthy lifestyle.
