Back to Vermont after a quick trip to RI this morning, among other things, a much-needed hair appointment. It feels good to chop it off and start over. Everyone in my family is still fighting this terrible unknown virus. This virus seems to be hitting many other families (especially small families). The only thing I want for Christmas is for all of us to be healthy. I really hope we can get there before Thanksgiving. We have no plans for the holidays, but it would be great if everyone could feel like themselves again.
I started maid Many of you last night convinced me that I should (honestly, because I’m not sure I can handle it now). Well, I sobbed in the first two episodes (actually closed it in the middle of the second episode), but it was incredible and I couldn’t stop watching. It also prompted me to find the nearest women’s shelter in Vermont so that I could find their needs as the holidays approached. It sounds the same to many of you. I wish you a nice weekend. xx
