Manchester United legend says Solskjaer can’t complain about being fired

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s reign at Manchester United is over, and a former club legend is expressing his opinion on the matter.

Former Red Devils right-back Gary Neville expressed his views on Solskjaer’s imminent dismissal at the time.

“Yes [Gunnar Solskjaer] Can’t complain. Give him three years. He got support in the transfer market. David Moyes was fined for eight months and then kicked out. I don’t think Ole can complain about the time and money given to him. I don’t think he can complain about the players delivered to him,” Neville told Sky Sports for a long time.

Neville also added that he thinks Solskjaer will be upset by what happened during his last bad performance.

For a long time, Manchester United fans have been calling for Solskjaer’s dismissal, culminating in the fiasco to rivals Liverpool and Manchester City.

The incredible 4-1 defeat in Watford’s hands last weekend was the last straw for Manchester United’s management, who fired Solskjaer after the game.

The 46-year-old Sky Sports commentator further added: “They don’t seem to know how to pass the ball to each other. They don’t seem to know what shape they’re playing, constantly changing shapes.”

As Manchester United continue to look for a manager, Solskjaer’s substitute Michael Carrick has been appointed as interim manager until the end of the season.

Neville pointed out that he is as worried as Manchester United fans and Carrick that if his former teammate succeeds, he will get a permanent role to move on.

As for fans lamenting the departure of the famous coach Antonio Conte from Tottenham Hotspur, Neville believes that they never had a chance to sign him because his coaching philosophy is not suitable for them.

Solskjaer just signed a three-year contract extension with the club in July. If he achieved continued success, he could have stayed on the sidelines of Manchester United until 2024.

At present, interim coach Carrick must prepare for the UEFA Champions League game against Villarreal. They defeated the club 2-1 in the last clash. They had previously scored at the dying moment. The dramatic Cristiano Ronaldo champion.

Another victory for Villarreal on Tuesday, November 23 will cement their place in the next Champions League round as they surpass Solskjaer’s memorable but ultimately disappointing three at Old Trafford. Annual performance.
