LinkedIn is rolling out access to real-time video and newsletters to users who have enabled creator mode in their profiles.
This update will be rolled out gradually throughout the month to users who do not have access to live video and newsletters.
After enabling the creator mode on your profile, you don’t need to do anything except wait for the function to be activated.

What is LinkedIn Creator Mode?
As the name suggests, the creator mode is a free upgraded user profile designed for users who specialize in content creation.

All users can enable creator mode if they want, but there are a few things you should know before activating it.
The following changes will be applied to profiles that activate creator mode:
- this connect The button on your profile will change to follow Button.
- Your profile will show Number of followers You have, not the number of connections.
- You can display the topics you posted in your profile introduction as Label.
- Your original content will be moved Featured with Activity Section to the top of your profile.
- The activity section will no longer contain your likes, comments and other activities.
In addition to personal information changes, if you meet the access conditions, the creator mode can also grant access to LinkedIn live videos and LinkedIn newsletters.

The conditions that need to be met to use LinkedIn’s real-time video and newsletter functions are as follows:
- An audience of more than 150 followers and/or contacts.
- Any type of original content recently shared on LinkedIn (for example, creating a post with text, images or video, publishing an article, etc.).
- A personal profile with a good reputation and a history of compliance with LinkedIn professional community policies.
How to turn on LinkedIn Creator Mode
If you meet the conditions listed in the previous section, you can turn on the creator mode by following the steps below:
- Click on I The icon at the top of the LinkedIn homepage.
- Click on checking data.
- under Your dashboard, Click Creator Mode: Off.
- Click on Next In the preview pop-up window.
- Add hashtags to indicate the topics you posted.
- Click on save.
- Follow the prompts to turn on the creator mode.
If you think the creator mode is not suitable for your profile, you can turn it off at any time.
After turning off the creator mode, you will not be able to access the live video, but you will not be able to access the newsletter.
