5 days holiday challenge


Welcome to the 5-day holiday challenge!

All the staff of the Betty Rocker team wish you a happy holiday!

As we enter the last few weeks of the year, I want to share a special holiday challenge (please stay tuned because I will email you a new challenge in early 2022!).

In the days before Christmas, I made a great 5-day sequence with the coaches of the Betty Rocker team.

If you are spending time with your family, please challenge with your sister, mom or partner! You might even start a new holiday tradition.

In this busy season, tune into your 4 pillars of health (Sleep, nutrition, stress management and exercise) Listen to your body and focus on taking care of yourself. Your health habits are your daily goals, which include your mental health and time to step back and recovery.

Allow yourself to rest, say no when you feel tired, enjoy the moment, and save some of the items on the “to-do” list for tomorrow.

first day: Upper body and core supergroup

Let’s start the challenge with this low-impact super styling for your upper body and core!

We will perform the following actions for your back, shoulders and arms Biceps curls, shoulder presses and rowings and sculpt a strong core Planks and floor wipers Just to name a few!

Today we will focus on our Posture and alignment And talk about establishing healthy habits on and under the mat.

Day 2: Lower body burns

For the second day of the challenge, we are working hard to build strong, sculptural legs! Pick up a set of weight-bearing objects and perform lower limb exercises with the trainer Amanda from Team Betty Rocker.

Coach Amanda is a NASM and NESTA certified personal trainer, Crossfit level 1 coach, TRX qualified coach and Betty Rocker, the team in your life.

This exercise will really challenge your muscles, and its movements are designed to provide a balanced exercise for each area of ​​your lower body!

Day 3: Power Pilates

Welcome back to day 3 of the 5-day challenge!

Did you know that strengthening your core strength is one of the best things you can do for overall health?

A strong core-including your abs, oblique muscles and lower back muscles-keeps your Body balance, Help to improve your posture, keep your spine stable and safe, and provide you with a more controllable and functional foundation to move.

There are many different options when working out the core, but adding Pilates to the mix is ​​a A great way to exercise your muscles in a new and interesting way!

Day 4: Pyramid of Whole Body Strength

This is the 4th day of the challenge, we will strengthen our entire body in just 20 minutes!

Today’s exercise is a fun, fast and effective pyramid exercise that can exercise you from head to toe.

A pyramid is a special time series. We focus on one action at a time and repeat it at intervals of rising and then falling.
