In today’s program, growth hit Jim Hoffman Talk to Dan about the pros and cons of running a successful agency, and how he recently encouraged and helped his team create new products through an in-house “startup studio incubator”. Interestingly, he did this in part to motivate people and provide a creative and rewarding work environment in this increasingly competitive job market:
“It could be a way to allow really good team members and employees to make their own decisions and carve their own path within the company, maybe without taking some of that initial risk…how do you create this kind of satisfaction for those people A mix of they’ll say, ‘Hey, I want to work remotely, I want to do my own thing, but I don’t want to have this structure’. It’s like, ‘Well, we need agency work to get it done. But if You have a great idea, we have a budget to allocate, and if it turns into something, then you have a big stake.”
