May 30, 2022 / PRZen / FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Haiti, at the center of the world’s challenges, clings to memories to regain its dignity. “Eritaj” is a musical theater with a historical and contemporary character.
“Eritaj” is the ever-present glories of our history that educates humanity on our untold story. It is a painful but extraordinary journey which highlights women who involved body and soul to free Haiti from the yoke of slavery.
“Eritaj” features the contributions of 12 Haitian heroines sublimated by magnificent contemporary singers. In addition, a cast of about forty artists, musicians, choreographers, dancers, poets, stylists, actors, and researchers, was assembled to honor the contributions these larger-than-life personalities made to Haiti’s history and culture.
