Lemony Pork Chops | | Holly’s Nest

Nothing beats a delicious pork chop, but one with a wonderful lemony flavor that the whole family will love and easy to make is the perfect addition to your menu!

Light and delicious! Serve with a fresh green salad or fresh steamed vegetables and your whole family will love this recipe!

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 pork chops – I love butterfly chops! (Chicken breasts are delicious with this marinade minus Worcestershire)

direction

  1. Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice, pepper and oil in a large ziplock bag. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven or grill to 375 degrees.
  3. Place ribs on a baking sheet or grill and grill for 30-35 minutes, occasionally coating the meat with oil.
