After missing a few weeks, I’m back with another meal plan. Great to be back in organising dinners for the week ahead.
We enjoyed the Gousto box again this week as part of our meal plan, so I’m really looking forward to the dinner we planned.
Here’s our family meal plan for the week.

on Monday
Extra special sausage and mashed potatoes. (Gusto box)
Tuesday
One-pot Turkish-style lamb bulgur pilaf. (Gusto box)

Wednesday
Potato Broccoli and Cheddar Pie. (Gusto box)

Friday
Homemade Lasagna. A great dinner to end the week. I might make some garlic bread to share with it.
Saturday
takeout. We were out today so will probably be picking up something for dinner on the way back.
Sunday
Grilled Chicken Dinner with Roasted Vegetables, Cauliflower Cheese, and Kale.
