  • avocado oil – For frying. I use avocado oil for its neutral flavor and benefits, but avocado oil or any other heat resistant oil will work just as well.
  • garlic ginger – This egg roll recipe in a bowl uses fresh minced garlic and grated ginger, but you can substitute 2 tsp canned garlic (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder) and 3/4 tsp minced ginger for easy serving.
  • ground pork – Older versions of my recipe used ground beef, but now I use ground pork because it’s a more classic choice for omelets. Feel free to use ground beef or even ground turkey or ground chicken if you like.
