5 cocktail recipes for National Tequila Day


Every July 24th is National Tequila Day to celebrate this alcoholic beverage, which is distilled from the blue agave plant and is usually produced in Mexico. It is the main ingredient of several cocktails, and there is no better day than today.

  • San Pellegrino Red Orange
  • Garnish: Chili powder

  • 1.5 oz. El Tesoro Reposado Tequila
  • 4 oz. Bruce Cost ginger ale (original version).
  • Decoration: orange slices

Method: In a small glass with ice cubes, mix all the ingredients, decorate with orange slices, and enjoy the drink.

  • 2 ounces of Spanish Añejo tequila
  • 4 ounces simple lemonade
  • 3 sprigs coriander
  • 4-5 slices cucumber
  • Garnish: sliced ​​cucumber

Method: In a shaker, put the coriander sprigs and four or five slices of cucumber slices together, then add Espanita Anejo tequila and iced lemonade. Stir well, strain the cocktail into a tall glass filled with ice cubes, and remove the pulp and cucumber seeds through a fine mesh strainer.
