Adaptogenic beverage formula can boost your mood and relieve stress


This is official. I am going to become a lady of potions. I am unapologetically obsessed with adaptogens, and I have been adding them to my daily diet for some time. If you are not familiar with this concept, adaptogens are natural herbs extracted from plants that help regulate your adrenal system, that is, the system that manages hormones and regulates stress. I find that consuming various adaptogens helps to improve my mood and make me feel more balanced throughout the day. I buy them in powder form and mix them into drinks, because this seems to be the easiest way to consume them regularly.

Today, I want to share some recipes that I have always made for myself. They are definitely a lifesaver. Therefore, without further ado, here are four adaptive drink recipes that will help you heal your life, or rather, make your day a million times better immediately. Blue latte

This recipe is great for relieving stress and anxiety. It also helps boost your mood, increase your energy level, and protect your immune system. Butterfly pea is rich in antioxidants, and each adaptogen can balance your hormones, allowing you to welcome every day in the best condition.

recipe:

  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1 teaspoon blue spirulina
  • ½ teaspoon butterfly pea
  • ½ teaspoon maca powder
  • ½ teaspoon tocos
  • ½ teaspoon ashwaganda

Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy.

Charcoal latte

Whether you have had a difficult night, regretting your last glass of wine, or just feel the need to detox, charcoal latte is a coveted blend. Do not try to drink before going out to drink. Enjoy this recipe inside the next day and consume it 1 hour before or 1 hour after the meal.

recipe:

  • – 1 cup of nut milk
  • – 1 teaspoon activated charcoal
  • – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • – ½ teaspoon cocoa powder (optional)
  • – 1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup

Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend! My Vitamix makes milk fragrant and frothy, which I personally like. This drink tastes so good, you won’t notice the charcoal at all because it has no taste.

Green tea latte

This green matcha drink refreshes your spirits, so if you are not the one who wakes up in the morning, this is your jam. Ganoderma is great for balancing your emotions and helping you focus. I actually prefer to do this for myself around noon, because that’s when I start to fall apart and it helps me re-adjust and focus.

recipe:

  • – 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • – 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • – 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • – 1 teaspoon Mucuna pruriens
  • – 1 teaspoon of Lingzhi
  • 10 ounces of warm water (don’t boil, you don’t want to kill nutrients)

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy!

Iced coffee that boosts mood

I like this energy and mood booster recipe. I added pearl powder, which is anti-aging and rich in calcium, which is very suitable for improving the health of skin, hair and nails. Mucuna has anti-inflammatory properties that help boost your energy.

recipe:

  • 1/2 cup cold brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon tapioca
  • 1/8 teaspoon Mucuna pruriens
  • A pinch of Ashwagandha

Put all the ingredients in the blender. Pour in ice cubes and enjoy!
