- sweet corn – You can cook fresh or frozen ears of corn in the air fryer, just the cooking time will vary. Remove husks and silk.
- oil and/or butter – Some kind of fat is needed to keep the corn juicy and not dry. Either way, you'll want to add the butter at the end (you can't eat corn on the cob without butter!), but you'll also need butter or oil before cooking. If cooking corn on the cob directly in the air fryer basket, use olive oil, avocado oil, or a simple oil spray. - sea salt and black pepper – You can also add a little garlic powder if you like.

normal method:
This method of air frying corn on the cob browns the edges and takes less time:
- Prepare. preheat air fryer Brush fresh or frozen corn on all sides with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Place corn in a single layer in air fryer basket.
- Air fryer. Fry the corn on the cob in the air fryer, turning halfway through, until the corn is tender and has some brown spots.


- season. Remove the corn, slather with butter and season with salt and pepper.

Foil method:
This way to air fry corn on the cob is juicier and easier to clean up:
- Prepare. Preheat the air fryer and place each piece of fresh or frozen corn on a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap around it.
- A thick layer. Brush each slice of corn with melted cream. (If your corn was frozen, the butter may solidify, but that's okay.) Sprinkle with sea salt. Wrap foil around each piece of corn and seal.


- Air fryer. Place corn in air fryer, turning halfway through, until tender.
- Serve. Remove the corn and open the foil. Serve with additional butter and salt and pepper to taste.

How long does it take to cook corn in an air fryer?
Cook corn in the air fryer for 10-17 minutes, depending on the method you use (with or without foil) and whether you are using fresh or frozen corn.

Storage instructions
- Shop: Place leftover corn in a ziplock bag and store in the vegetable crisper of the refrigerator. Alternatively, cut the cooked corn kernels from the cob and store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat: Just place it back in the air fryer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for a few minutes until hot.
- freeze: Wrap the corn in plastic wrap or foil, place in a freezer bag, and store in the refrigerator for up to 6-8 months.

Regular method (brown edge and faster):
