Banana Foster Chia Seed Pudding


This Banana Foster Chia Seed Pudding is the perfect make-ahead chia seed pudding recipe. This is a delicious eggless breakfast option that everyone will love, and banana bacon is one of my all-time favorites!

Life can be hectic at times, and as busy as we may be, we can still make some delicious nutritious snacks and breakfasts to make them fun.I love all things banana cultivation and Love the chia seed pudding. My daughter also loves this banana chia pudding so it’s great. I would make it a few days in advance and make the top of the day!

materials needed:

For the chia pudding:

  • black or white chia seeds
  • Preferred milk
  • maple syrup, more delicious

For Banana Foster:

  • banana
  • butter
  • coconut candy
  • vanilla extract
  • optional: dark rum
  • optional: chopped walnuts

How to Make Chia Pudding

It’s as simple as tossing it in a jar and putting it in the fridge overnight.Then Prosperity! It’s ready to devour.

Step 1: Combine chia seeds and ingredients in a container, jar or bowl and whisk.

Step 2: Let It Sit! Mix your ingredients together, give it a few minutes, then mix again to break up any clumps! Place the container in the refrigerator overnight, or at least 3-4 hours.

notes: It should be thick when ready to eat. It should have no liquid residue. If it’s still not thick, add a teaspoon or two of more chia seeds and put it back in the fridge to thicken!

what milk should i use?

This chia pudding works with any milk! I like to use coconut, almond, or oat milk, but any milk will do!

  • 2 big banana
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut candy
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • optional: 2 tablespoons dark rum
  • optional: 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  1. In a container or jar, place chia seeds, coconut milk (or milk of choice), and sweetener. Blend until combined. Let stand for about 5 minutes, then mix again to remove any lumps.
  2. Put your jar or container in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or better yet, overnight.
  3. Once ready to assemble, remove the chia pudding from the refrigerator and taste.Adjust sweetener as needed
  4. Bananas Foster Topping: Heat butter in a pan until melted. Add sugar and stir until combined. Add vanilla and sliced ​​bananas. Cook for 2-4 minutes, stirring lightly occasionally. Add optional rum and walnuts. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.Remove and cool for 5 minutes
  5. Layer bananas on top of your chia pudding in a bowl, mug or cup!
  6. Store chia pudding in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, separate from the toppings. When ready to eat, top with a banana nurture topping.

  • You can also omit the sweetener in the chia pudding if you want!
