I try to make as many meal plans as possible to help reduce food waste, and usually just make my life easier. My lovely friend Kim from Kim’s life There is also a meal plan, and mentions beef and mushrooms many times, but recently replaced it in her shopping. Sounds so good, I decided to try to make it myself, I must say, they are amazing!
Beef and garlic mushroom En Croute is very easy to make and taste. I use fries for the weekend dinner, but you can use baked potatoes and some steamed vegetables, they will be a great substitute for the Sunday roast.

Break the eggs and separate them. Put the egg whites in a small bowl and the egg yolks in a large mixing bowl.
Add chopped steak, oregano, sage, and black pepper to a mixing bowl. Mix by hand to incorporate the ingredients, then form 4 thick square patties.
Roughly chop the mushrooms and onions.
Heat a large frying pan and fry each side of the patties for 1 minute. Take them out of the pot and set aside.
