You will need: Blender, measuring cup
raw material:
- ½ cup berries (any type you like, frozen or fresh)
- ½ cup dark green leafy vegetables
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 serving (32 g) Berry Green Protein
- 1 serving (13 g) whole body collagen
route:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
