Raise your hand to anyone who used to eat rice cakes at school! Those and nacho cakes, always remind me of my childhood. They are such a nostalgic snack and now my kids love them too.
Just the other day I wanted to make some easy desserts with the kids.We all love Biscoff and I think Biscoff with Rice Krispies is a delicious and easy dessert
So Biscoff Rice Krispies Cakes, (cubes, treats or treats) whatever you like to call them, trust me, these taste amazing! If you like the deliciousness of Lotus Biscoff, you might want to check out mine Slow Cooker Biscoff Fudge! It’s naughty, but very good.
If you’re a Biscoff fan like me, then you’ll love these little cube delights! If you have kids, I can guarantee they won’t last long! My two are crazy about them.
The great thing about these Biscoff Rice Krispies is that they’re a no-bake dessert. Effortless, just 5 ingredients and 30 minutes to make them. It’s great to get the kids involved in the kitchen. enjoy!
raw material
200g puffed rice
175g Biscoff sauce
60g unsalted butter
300g mini marshmallows
200 grams of white chocolate on top of your square. (Or whatever you like.)
method
- Line a 9-inch baking sheet with nonstick paper.
- Melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet over low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and whisk constantly until melted and smooth.
- Remove the pot from the heat, add the Biscoff sauce, and stir until uniform in color.
- Add rice crackers to Biscoff mallow mixture and mix. Pour mixture into baking pan and press tightly (place a piece of non-stick paper on top so it doesn’t stick to your hands)
- To melt the chocolate, I prefer to place the chocolate in a bowl over hot water, but you can microwave it. Then pour the melted chocolate over the rice cracker mixture. You can top it with a little crumbled Biscoff biscuits, or drizzle with a little melted milk chocolate if you want to be fancy.
- Let cool for about 30 minutes, then cut into 16 squares. They stay fresh for a few days in an airtight container, but I doubt they will last that long!
