Bone Broth Pizza
Sauce ingredients:
2 cups Dr. Kellyann's Beef Bone Broth (can use chicken)
2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
2 tbsp.avocado oil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
2-3 garlic cloves
salt and pepper to taste
Sauce instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan and cook over medium-high heat for 4-6 minutes.
- Turn down the volume and let the sauce cook for another 5 minutes
- Add sauce to pizza crust and bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes
Cauliflower crust material:
1 pound cauliflower florets
1 egg
⅓ cup Parmesan or Manchego cheese
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
salt and pepper to taste
Cauliflower Crust Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Place the cauliflower in a food processor and pulse until it becomes cauliflower rice.Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes
- Remove excess water from the cauliflower (you can do this by wrapping it in a dish towel and squeezing out the excess water)
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
- Press dough onto baking sheet, dough should be 1/4 inch thick, maybe a little thicker
- Bake at 35 degrees until golden brown
Chicken skin material:
- 3/4 pound shredded chicken (cooked)
- ½ cup Parmesan or Manchego cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
Chicken Skin Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Stir ingredients together until well combined and spread on baking sheet until “dough” is about 1/4 inch thick
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown
