Solis observes that the problem is that most companies “will find all reasons not to do something,” which is different from innovators, who shift from ideas to actions.

Nonetheless, Solis insists that the spirit of innovation and creativity “is in our hearts-they just need to be bent.” He said that they also need to practice, “This is the source of culture and leadership.”

Solis told Gordon: “This is an era of innovation, not only in business models, but also in ways of thinking, and how we work together and hope to move forward together.”

Solis said that since the next disruption is coming, it is vital for companies to meet the needs of changing consumers, and this “will be a choice.”

He cited a study by McKinsey Consulting, which showed that 75% of North American consumers tried a competitive brand during the pandemic, and 83% will stick to the brand after the pandemic.

Solis said that smart executives and competitors will “try to pull these customers away from you because they can.” He said the quick solution is “try to figure out why they left and why they are away from you.” , And adjust accordingly.
