  • spices – includes sea salt, black pepper and optional garlic powder.

If you prefer breaded cauliflower, you can do this in two ways:

  • For regular version – In a freezer bag or large covered bowl, add spices and 3 tablespoons cornstarch (or cornstarch substitute). Add the cauliflower florets, toss well, then add the oil and cook according to the recipe instructions.
  • For Keto Buffalo Cauliflower – Combine 1 1/3 cups almonds and spices in a food processor. Pulse until consistency is finely ground (avoid over-processing).Alternatively, mix 1 cup Almond powder Use freezer bags or the spices in a large covered bowl. Whisk 1 large egg in a bowl, add the cauliflower, mix well, then pour into a container with the breadcrumb mixture and shake to coat. Cook according to recipe instructions.

How to Make Buffalo Cauliflower in the Oven
