California man allegedly shot his 10-month-old and 2-year-old children with a fishing spear

A surfing teacher and self-proclaimed QAnon theorist in San Diego, California, admitted that he drove his two toddlers across the Mexican border in a sprint van and killed them with a spear fishing gun.

40-year-old Matthew Taylor Coleman faces foreign charges of murdering two American citizens, his 10-month-old son and 2-year-old daughter. Criminal complaint The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles court on Wednesday.

According to Mexican authorities, the bodies of the two children were found with multiple wounds in a farmland in Rosarito, about 35 miles south of the U.S.-Mexico border.

According to court documents, Coleman told the authorities that “he was inspired by the conspiracy theories of QAnon and the Illuminati, and received some visions and signs that his wife…has snake DNA and passed it on His children”.

On Saturday, Coleman and his two children were reported missing by his wife (the mother of two children) in Santa Barbara. According to the criminal lawsuit, she was worried because the family originally planned to go on a camping trip together, but Coleman left with the children without telling her where they were going or taking a car seat.

The complaint stated that the couple’s sprint van was missing, and Coleman did not reply to his wife’s text messages, but the mother did not believe her child was in any special danger.

The complaint alleges that the Santa Barbara authorities discovered that Coleman and the children were in Mexico through the “Find My iPhone” application. The FBI took over the case and then reminded U.S. Border Patrol agents to pay attention to Coleman and the children.

According to the Attorney General’s Office of Baja California, Coleman saw him check into a hotel in Rosarito with his two children on surveillance video. Around 3 in the morning, someone saw Coleman leaving the hotel with his two children. A few hours later, he returned without them. According to the Attorney General, he then left the hotel.

On Monday, when Coleman tried to re-enter the United States without children, he was arrested by U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents and warned to be careful.

Coleman admitted to the murder in an interview at the border.

“Coleman said he believed his children would grow into monsters, so he had to kill them,” the complaint reads.

In the confession, Coleman stated that he shot his child through the chest with a spear fishing gun. He said he later hid their bodies in nearby bushes and told the authorities where their bodies were located.
