The transfer deadline is coming to an end, and several teams may complete some transactions before the official end on Tuesday, August 31.
The most recent name to be mentioned is Watford captain Troy Dini, who has links to at least two teams.
according to Sports meetingAccording to reports, Birmingham City is negotiating with Watford on the services of the British forward.
The two parties have not yet reached a formal settlement, but the report continues to point out that both clubs are eager to complete the transaction.
“Troy is a good player, he is a good forward, can score goals and work hard for the team. I know him, I have met him a few times, he looks like a winner,” Birmingham City Manager Lee Bowyer said on Saturday, August 28.
Rumor has it that Watford is willing to release the 33-year-old player, with one year left on his contract.
If this becomes official news, Dini can transfer to Birmingham for free.
Further supporting this possibility is the fact that when the Hornets defeated Crystal Palace in the League Cup victory, Dini did not see any action.
Similarly, in Sunday’s Premier League, he did not play against Tottenham Hotspur.
So far, Dini has scored 140 goals in Watford’s 419 games.
In addition to the Hornets, another team reportedly interested in Dini is the Celtics. It is said that they are exploring various options and may try to accomplish something before the transfer deadline, Sunday mirror Report.
Realizing that Watford was willing to let Dini give up the last year of his trade, the Celtics were willing to accept him.
However, it remains to be seen whether this will be a long-term deal similar to the planned stadium in Birmingham.

Considering that Dini has become one of the polarizing figures in English football, it makes sense to move to the Celtics or Birmingham.
With a wealth of experience, he has won praise at the top level of the league and the Champions League.
There is no doubt that the 33-year-old Dini is about to usher in the penultimate point of his career. For any team, he is still a powerful threat on the offensive end.
The seven championship goals he scored in 19 games last season are proof that they helped Watford advance.
