Ingredients and Substitutions

Citrus Salad:
- spinach – My favorite greens to use in this salad are oranges, but you could use arugula, kale, or spring combination to obtain similar results.
- Tangerine – Oranges, clementines, or even fresh orange slices are all great options. If you want a fruitier salad, consider adding pineapple, strawberry, kiwi or mango chunks.
- goat cheese – Adds creamy texture and rich flavor that contrasts nicely with the fruit. If you like a different kind of cheese, use feta or blue cheese.
- Walnut – Adds earthy flavor and a satisfying crunch. Almonds, pecans, or toasted pine nuts can also create a nutty flavor. Use sunflower seeds or chili peppers for a nut-free option.
- Dried cranberries – I do it by myself Sugar-free dried cranberriesbut store bought Can save time.
